Ephemeral Tales
Status: In progress; world building, plot drafting, characters developing…

Ephemeral Tales has two main themes running through it for the entire story:
1. How change isn't as easy and instant as people would like. Change will always happen, but it takes time and more than a handful sacrifices.
2. People want to leave their name in history, but more often than not, it'll be in vain. You need skill and/or a lot of luck to be remembered. But in the end, people who do what they believe in and not caring about being remembered will be the ones who leave a permanent mark in the world.

This was supposed to be character-driven story, but after realizing how much I suck at character-driven, I changed it to plot-driven one. Obviously, this means a few changes; Bernadette and Genna who's supposed to be character for sub-plot became main characters with their plot as the main story. The characters who were supposed to be main characters were "demoted" into side characters. This is why some of the other OCs seems to be more developed than the others.

Synopsis (will be changed to better one once I have the time to write it):
The story begins when the oppressed becomes the oppressor…
Shortly after gaining its liberation, Wildewich – a military-based nation in the northern part of %%% continent - send out a clear warning: it is now their turn to crush those who've wronged them.

War is brimming on the horizon, and there is no man or woman alive who can stop the inevitable.

Meanwhile, leaders across the continent called a meeting to decide their course of actions. Time is of the essence; Wildewich must be stopped before their deity awoken. For once it awakens; defeat is more than probable, it is definite.

Together with all the chaos that slowly, but surely spreading over the  continent, Genna, a royal shaman from  Mercevene Kingdom used that unstable momentum to sought change he wishes for: to overthrow his country tradition of resurrecting fallen soldiers. Realizing that he cannot do it alone, Genna found himself a willing helper in the form of Bernadette, a knight from highly-acclaimed household who has firsthand experience on said tradition. Bernadette intention is never to support Genna in his cause, but because she needs help that only he can do.

And thus, as it happens in other stories, different personas clash against each other; vows are exchanged and tears are shed. No one knows what the outcome of this turmoil would be.

Unnamed Project
Status: On hold

This is my new side project which tells the tales of a group of con man who uses "miracles" to gain money.
In this story, only the main characters will be given name, supporting characters will only described or called by their profession. Places also won't be named, so this will be quite a challenge for me.

The reason for this is because names are important and one of the concepts of the story. Name is part of one's identity and the story deals with abandoning names (which also means erasing the person who's associated with that name), gaining new names/identity, and by giving names to something or someone would mean acknowledging their existence.

Synopsis: TBA. I haven't even finish plotting yet, so synopsis will come much later.

R.E.L.A.P.S.E
Status: Will be rewritten. Going to add more depth to characters, as well as redesigning majority of them.

R.E.L.A.P.S.E was one of my oldest, but not first, project. It's not really sci-fi, but also not fantasy, so I have no idea how to explain R.E.L.A.P.S.E.

Anyway, the story is quite dear to me; the characters on the other hand… adhsagdhfa. Painful. I actually like some of their personalities and back story, but I created like half of them when I'm still ankle deep on weeaboo phase. Lots of impracticalities and fuck logic, basically. And I actually lost some arts I received due to HD melt down a year ago OTL. I'm still searching for the back-up CDs, hopefully I'll find it... ; ;

Synopsis which actually looks more like freaking back story:
The beginning of the end started more than fifty years ago with the arrival on a single brown envelope. "Morgana Project," it was titled. The recipients were chosen few of greatest minds in the country, inviting them to join a project that claimed will secure mankind's identity and their vast knowledge. By lure of money, recognition, and curiosity, they embarked on twenty-years-long journey to complete "her".

Many breathed sigh of relief with her completion, yet at the same time, they understood that Morgana is double-edged sword. One traitor was all that it takes.

It didn't take long before their worst nightmare occurred. Exactly six years after Morgana Project's completion, one of the programmers sabotaged her. Some of her core programming and chips were removed, leaving her in half-operable stage. The government wasted no time to send a whole battalion of army to subdue the perpetrator. The result…was massacre.

However, a handful people managed to escape the massacre by a hair's breadth. None of them were left unscathed, both mentally and physically. Most of them sought refuge in neighboring country, while the others decided to lay low and move from place to place to avoid detection.

All seems well for the survivors until one day, another envelope arrived. It was the same brown envelope they received years ago. Frightened, some of them destroyed the letter without knowing what was written on it. However, those who opened it realized that it wasn't what they thought it was.  It was a letter from him, the programmer who sabotaged Morgana and the cause of their colleague's death. In the letter enclosed the reason why he did it and how he didn't ask for their forgiveness, but rather, an understanding. He explained his entire plan and even went as far as revealed his own location. He needed their trusts for this to work out.

But that's not all; from the survivors, he chose 5 person and entrusted them with Morgana's chips. However, he decided not to reveal their names, it'll be up to the individuals whether they want to revealed they had the chips or not.

It was 13 years after the letter before one of the chips revealed itself. Emille, one of the scientists who received it passed away from accidents. According to her will, Riese, her sole heir, wil inherit the chip and do what was Emille supposed to do before her untimely death: Revived Morgana.

Another Story, Another Dream
Status: (somewhat) completed

Another Story, Another Dream tells the story of Dream Spirits' daily lives as they carry out their duties. It's supposed to be light, slice-of-life story kind of thing. Light as in nobody's dying in this story (unlike my other projects where everybody pretty much died).

Personally, I think these characters have the strongest concepts from all my stories. Sadly, I fail pretty hard at character-driven story, so I plan to revisit/rewrite this story once my skill is good enough.

(not really) Synopsis: Humans possess great power. They could be anything if they wish it so. And from that power, they are born…

"If you wish long enough, will it come true?"

Dream spirits are embodiment of human's heart desires who come to live to grant their creators' wishes. As the name implies, dream spirits are being whose existences revolves around humans' dreams.
Dorothea is the beginning; she's the one who "create" dreams for those who's still searching for one.
Laurie and Uri are the guides; they "guide" those who have abilities to achieve their dreams, but are hindered by something or someone.
Lotus and Alessandro are the seller; sometimes, they're humans who want to use the "shortcut" to achieve their dreams. And that's where Lotus and Alessandro come into play.
Yudha are the protector; he "protects" human hearts where all dreams and feelings are stored. He protects from both external and internal forces.
Zahhak is the end; there are dreams that cannot be and there are humans who are blinded by their ambitions to achieve it. Zahhak "destroy" their hearts, so they'll "reset" their dreams and able to achieve something that is worth it. At the same time, Zahhak existence also represent that there are humans who want to destroy another dream.

All dream spirits have power to travel through time and space, as well as unique power(s) that are special to each of them.
To this day, there are only seven Dream Spirits recorded in history; Dorothea, Zahhak, Lotus, Alessandro, Yudha, Laurie, and Uri. Nevertheless, there's an endless possibility that new Dream Spirits will be born to satiate human's thirst of acknowledgement.

I don't think there'll be anyone who'll read this, but still, feel free to ask me any questions regarding my OCs or stories.
